Today was a piecing day

I got a good start today and got quite a bit done, or at least I thought so. I did my Christmas cards. Walked them out to the mail box. I still can't get my car to the house because of the ice so it is parked at the top of the hill in the old barn. Any way I walked out mailed the cards, started my car just to make sure it would start, checked on my parents....they are fine. I did a little house keeping. Four load of laundry....cleaned the main bathroom..just stuff that must be done. Spent enough time in my studio to piece a block or two or so.. Play with some fabric for fun. Once in a while I just need to dig in my scraps and fabric. It makes me feel good.
