Well I certainly sleep in this morning. Wow I was tired. LOL

I did not buy much at my trip to Brendas the other day...just this fabric and some muslin for the back of the DWR. I have no plans for this fabric. I am thinking about making me a new bag. I don't plan on using both of these fabrics in the same project. I am trying not to impulse buy fabric...but I HAD to have these.

Yesterday we went almost to Jefferson City almost a three hour drive.... To a make up party and to get the attendants dress and all that sorted out and measured. The lady will start making the dresses soon. I left the wedding dress with the matron of honor...it is now in her care.

It was a nasty rainy day ALL DAY but at least it was not snow. The temperature stayed warm enough to avoid any snow sticking around. I had fun tho... I was surprised that I enjoyed a make up party...but it was fun. Of course spending a day with my kids is always nice. Daughter in law is in the wedding and the boys drove us just in case of the snow that they called for. All the men were banned from the house to the neighbor next door where they were forced to watch a basketball game.. How sad for them. LOL It was a nice day in spite of the weather.

I have to get motivated or this day Will be gone and I will not have any stitching done.
