I went on my first Shop Hop today.. It was a lot of fun spending time with quilty friends. Seeing some new to me shops and quilty things. We had lunch at Kohn bakery...The absolutely best chicken salad sandwich I have ever eaten. We had them on fresh baked croissants. Yummy !!
This is a photo of what I brought home. I did not buy much. Just a few fat quarters and the block kits that each shop offered, but I did get a lot of ideas. There are five block kits so I will have a wall hanging when I get to them.

I got off work early yesterday. Well I had to leave or go into overtime and that is frowned on. Any way I some time and I decided to make up this bag....I loved making it. I love the colors. I did not love carrying it. I guess I am just not used to carrying a purse. I kept bumping it into things.

Oh I also got this....The top photo is going to be a back and border with a blue or something added with it, for the cute panel below. I think that the panel will make a cute baby quilt once I make it wider with borders on each side.
