The ingredient was Tofu 

I have tried tofu in the past and just did not like it. 

I thought that maybe I would try again..if it was fixed right I might like it.

 You never know right? 

So I searched recipes I found very little to choose from.

Maybe I did not look hard enough, I don't know?

I found this recipe  I thought I would try it.

Then my week went crazy and a trip to the store did not happen.

I don't keep tofu in stock...

Honestly I am not even sure if my little grocery store carries Tofu.

Any way I did not make the recipe. I may make it later.

I am going to go on over to Judy's to see what the others found to make.

Maybe some one has a great recipe for Tofu and I will find that I just love it.
