This quilt belongs to Valerie.

The photo does not do it justice. The colors are actually wonderful.

I believe she said this was a Lasagna quilt.

It was a joy to quilt for her.

A shot of the back.

Again the lighting was bad.

I used Glide thread top and bottom but, I used two different colors.

A lilac on top and a shade darker in the bobbin.

I usually use the same thread top and bobbin.

But Valerie wanted the thread to match the fabric and

 the darker shade was perfect for the back.

The lighter lilac blended best with the top.
