Well the kids made it back from Florida...and they got their two dogs picked up. We no longer have four legged house guests.YEAH !!!!!!!!!!!! I love animals but they can be a LOT of work.

One afternoon I took the dogs into my studio. I did not have any client quilts out and I needed to piece this block. HUMM !!!! doesn't look right does it? This is what happens when I have two rowdy dogs running about. LOL

This is the corrected block.. Much better. This is a sample for my local quilt guilds community quilt. The white outer corner blocks do not show up well in the photo but they are there.

This photo I just found fun. This old grain bin with the tree growing inside it...Looks like it has been growing there for a long time. It grows along 71 HWY I am not sure what the building there are used for but they do not look like a home or anything like that.

I wonder if one day the branches will kind of push out the sides of the bin or if the bin will fall down first?

This is my tiny patio garden. We have eaten some of the lettuce, it was really good. So far everything looks good and healthy. Now to get back to my client quilts and other fun stuff.

Well, a grain bin certainly makes for an interesting plant stake!
