Yes I am still working on this one block.
My week has been so crazy busy that I have hardly had time for sleeping..LOL
I got this much done at my guild meeting where I also got a lot of applique tips.
I need those..
I do like the prepared method much better and will be trying out a few different prepared methods.
My next week will also be crazy busy! So I probably wont make a lot of progress on this in the next week, but that is OK..
This is what keeps coming to my mind...
How do you eat a Elephant? One bite at a time.
How do you finish a quilt? One stitch at a time..
It is about the journey... not how long it takes to complete the journey.
That's my story and I am sticking to it....
Stop buy Judy's and see how others are doing.

Lovely block. Appliqué is all about the journey, isn't it? I don't know if you have ever been to the fabric therapy blog. She does breathtaking work and uses a freezer paper on top with glue stick method. You might want to check out her tutorials if you are shopping techniques. In the end, there are so many methods that all get great results, good luck finding what works for you.
