This weeks ingredient was HONEY
I love honey but I seldom cook with it.
I made Honey Baked Chicken.

It was good and I might make it again but, 
I would want to lighten it up a bit It has a lot of butter.
I think this would also be good with a pork roast.

Your honey chicken looks good. I have a hard time getting my husband to be cheerful about eating roast chicken also. He would love to have fried chicken just like his grandmother made, but ... I don't like to fry it.
