WOW I totally missed Wensday. Where did the week go?

I did manage to retake my work space from the lady bugs. In doing so I found a quilt that I pieced and quilted on my OLD machine. The last one done on that machine and the one that made me want a Gammill. I need to put the binding on. The quilt is kind of sad looking but will be warm. It is kind of fun to find something that you did a long time ago and see how things have changed. LOL Improved.

For the rest of the year I will be cooking...shopping... doing the Grandma thing. I love the Grandma thing.LOL I have already started getting some projects ready for next year.

My goals for the rest of this year is just to enjoy the time. I will be doing some quilty things and will be checking to see what every one else is doing. I will still be here so stop by Bari's to see what is going on.

Our "old" projects show our growth and give us an opportunity to pat ourselves on the back for hanging in long enough to get better.

Sounds like you are going to have a very nice, stress-less, family-filled holiday season --- the best kind!

How fun to find your old quilt! Amazing how much you have improved and grown, isn't it?

I am so happy you are going to spend the rest of the year doing family and grandma stuff...Good planning and good priorities!

That was my plan too, but somehow my plans always get sidetracked...but I still make time for family. That comes first!

Keep checking on us and we will keep checking on you!
